Noel K. McKeown, Esquire | Estate Planning and Administration, Probate Law, Real Estate Transactions Attorney | Xenia Noel K. McKeown, Esquire

Noel K. McKeown is Miller, Finney, McKeown & Baker’s senior partner. He obtained his B.A. in Economics in 1969 from Denison University and went on to receive his J.D. from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law in 1972. Mr. McKeown moved to Greene County and was admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio that same year. Besides being admitted to practice in Ohio, he is admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also owner and President of Greene County Title Agency, Inc. and is a licensed agent for the Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company, a subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company. Mr. McKeown’s legal practice focuses on estate planning and administration, probate law, real estate transactions, business planning matters, and zoning issues.

Christ Christ Theodor, Esquire | Criminal Defense, Family Law,  Domestic Relations, and Civil Litigation Attorney | XeniaTheodor, Esquire

Christ Theodor is one of the partners at Miller, Finney, McKeown & Baker. Mr. Theodor obtained his undergraduate degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton in 1972 and went on to receive his law degree in 1977 from the University of Dayton. His legal practice focuses on all aspects of criminal defense, family law,  domestic relations, and civil litigation. Mr. Theodor served in the Vietnam War in 1968 as a member of the US Marine Corps.
